Complete this form to submit your boating information for registration.

The 2026-2027 registration fee for non-resident boaters is $300. After completing the registration form, go to the Payment Options tab to complete payment, send payment via Zelle (boulevardparkmd@gmail.com), or drop a check made payable to BPIA in the clubhouse mailbox at 1269 Magothy Road. The online option includes a convenience fee. Avoid the fee by submitting $300 via Zelle or check to BPIA!!

Copies of your government issued ID, DNR boat registrations, and MVA trailer registrations are required to be emailed to boulevardparkMD@gmail.com or delivered to the secure mailbox located at 1269 Magothy Road prior to key & sticker distribution. If you are a returning boater and there are no changes, copies are not required. However, all form fields must be completed so verification can be done!
