After completion, please make your Membership Registration payment by going to the Payment Options link to submit an electronic payment (website convenience fee included). You may also drop a check made payable to BPIA in the secured clubhouse mailbox at 1269 Magothy Road or pay via Zelle at BoulevardParkMD@gmail.com.

Membership Acknowledgement

Annual dues are used for community events, maintenance of community properties and piers, and legal matters. Membership in BPIA is completely voluntary, although you do need to be a member in order to use the boat ramp. Members also receive a discount when renting the clubhouse. Community events include holiday activities for the children, adult socials, and whole community activities. Maintenance of community grounds includes grass-cutting, clubhouse maintenance, waterfront maintenance, and tree removal/trimming of trees on community properties. Legal matters are varied but generally involve proper use of community land, maintenance of community properties.
