Hi, I’m Rose Rausch! I’m a lifelong Pasadena resident and have proudly called Boulevard Park home since 2016. I joined the Boulevard Park Improvement Association in 2022 and enjoy helping make our neighborhood a great place to live. If you see me around the neighborhood, don’t be surprised if I greet you with a friendly hello!

My parents and I first moved to Boulevard Park in 1978. After a 40-year career with the Department of Defense and living in other parts of Pasadena and Severn, my husband and I finally moved back to Boulevard Park in 2019! I love being near the water and missed the sense of community I have only experienced on the Lake Shore peninsula. I hope you love our little big town as much as I do! I look forward to meeting you and hearing your ideas to help make Boulevard Park the best it can be!

Hi! I'm Lauren McQuinn, the BPIA recording secretary. I have many happy memories in Boulevard Park going back to visits at my grandparents' house as a kid. I love the close-knit feeling this neighborhood provides for our family and am happy to support the events that bring our neighborhood closer together. Never hesitate to say hi when you see us out on family neighborhood strolls!

Hi! I'm Noreen and I moved to Boulevard Park in 2021 with my husband Matt. We live with our three dogs - Milo, Jet and Glizzy. I’m excited to take on this new role in keeping the neighborhood informed and engaged through coordinating community events, sharing updates, and managing the website.
